Low Risk Exercise

The holidays are here and you have earned your place to have fun and "let your hair down" so to speak, but one must always take care while doing so. If you are already feeling some aches and pains in your knees, please take care in the way you approach your outdoor activities.

Exercise with a lower risk to injury: Low impact exercise includes things like cycling, swimming, walking and isometric exercises. These activities are ideal for patients recovering from surgery, but are also recommended for people who experience even mild pain in their daily activities - this is because it allows you to exercise with a smaller risk of injury to the joints.

We will be closed from the 16th December and opening once again on the 3rd Jan 2022. We wish all of you and your loved ones a wonderful and safe festive season. Please take care.
